EXCHANGE POLICY
Every item you receive is freshly made by our talented artisans and thoroughly examined by our QC team in 2 tiers and then shipped. We put in a lot of efforts to deliver the highest quality standard to you within the delivery time of 5-8 days.
SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY
Size can be exchanged directly through the website.

The new size will be dispatched once we have received and checked the item. The exchange takes 7-10 days to deliver. You can request our customer support if you want to prioritize the order.
The size exchange window is of 5 days post which the size WILL NOT be exchanged.
Kindly make sure the original packaging and the tags are intact. Basata reserves the right to reject the exchange request in case of absence of the above or any signs of wear and tear.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY
An exchange with a different product can be done with the help of store credits which are processed manually by the customer support. Please reach out to our team via email or whatsapp with your query for a swift response.
A virtual verification will be done post which a pickup will be initiated within 24-48hrs. Kindly inform the team about pickup being successful post which a credit code will be shared to you.
The code will contain the respective paid by you previous MINUS Rs.100. You can use this code at time of checkout while placing another order.
Credit code CANNOT be issued more than twice for a single order.
The product exchange window is of 5 days post which the product WILL NOT be exchanged.
RETURNS POLICY
We DO NOT accept returns.
Return will ONLY be provided in case there is a defect in the product or a wrong product is delivered by mistake.
The defect needs to be shared within 24hrs of delivery with pictures and video evidence. After the said time, it WILL NOT be accepted.
If there are any signs of wear, return WILL NOT be accepted.
Once the item is received by us (8-10 days), a thorough inspection by our QC team will be done, IF APPROVED ONLY THEN the return will be accepted.
For prepaid orders, the refund would be done to the original mode of payment.
COD handling charges of Rs. 50 will not be refunded for COD orders.
All the tags should be intact and the product should be in its original packaging.
PICKUPS
For the pickup, 3 attempts would be done, if the customer is found unavailable, the pickup would be cancelled.
Another pickup would be chargeable.
